Keep your focus on production and not on machine operation! Our BIGSHOT 600 trailer-mounted bituminous applicator systems are a complete turnkey package. Just add fuel and material and get to work! With a compact, maneuverable footprint, this system includes a fold-down operator seat for convenience and this versatile trailer can be customized to meet your specific needs.

The trailer features all-welded steel construction, proudly made 100% in the USA. Its frame is built with a heavy-wall, rectangular steel tube, ensuring durability and strength. The walking surfaces are equipped with durable diamond plate decking, providing a secure and stable footing.

The trailer has a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of 7,000 pounds, making it capable of handling heavy loads. Its dimensions include a width of 96 inches, a bed length of 132 inches, and an overall trailer length of 176 inches, offering ample space for various uses.

The trailer comes with 16-inch ST-rated trailer tires mounted on heavy-duty 8 x 6.5-inch wheels with a 9/16-inch lug, designed to handle tough conditions. It is also equipped with torsion axles, providing a smooth and comfortable ride, even over rough terrain.

The operator seat is designed for comfort and safety, featuring an adjustable backrest and armrests. It includes a safety seatbelt and rubber bumpers for added protection. The foot pedal allows for hands-free dispensing, ensuring ease of operation. The gun and gun arm are fully adjustable, articulated, and removable, offering flexibility for tough-to-reach areas. The gun can extend up to 30 inches, providing a good range of motion. An optional second operator seat is
available for increased versatility.

The trailer is equipped with an adjustable C-channel hitch mount, allowing for quick and easy height adjustments. You have the option to choose between a pintle hitch or a 2 & 5/16-inch ball hitch, depending on your towing preferences.

Included with the trailer is a 5,000-pound electric trailer jack, which can be operated using a hand crank in the event of a power loss. Safety chains are provided to ensure protection in case of a sudden loss of connection, adding an extra layer of security during transport.
