KOLDSPRAY MMA 98:2 RETROFIT
Dispensing Technology can supply pumps, guns, hoses, tanks as well as all controls, which enable a customer to retrofit an existing vehicle or build a new piece of equipment for spraying Methyl-Methacrylate(MMA) material. Equipment is available in ratios of 1 to 1, 4 to 1 and 98 to 2 parts by volume.
Specifications
- Pump assemblies are be hydraulically driven by an automatically reciprocating hydraulic drive motor
- Pumps are of positive displacement piston design and are constructed of 300 series stainless steel
- 2 pumps are supplied, all wetted parts on catalyst pump are stainless steel and teflon for compatibility with the BPO catalyst
- Pump output is approximately 2.5 gallons per minute at 40 cycles per minute
- Resin and catalyst pumps are sized to properly meter and spray the methacrylate 98:2 formulation
- Pumps are rated for a minimum of 3000 PSI continuous duty
- Pump fluid pressure is infinitely variable up to 3000 PSI by adjusting the hydraulic input pressure to the hydraulic drive motor
- Spray gun is a Dispensing Technology P/N 010-10210 rated for 3500 PSI maximum pressure
