The skid-mounted KoldSpray MMA 98:2HD is a precision-engineered system for applying methacrylate pavement markings with ease and accuracy. It maintains a fixed 98:2 spray ratio, ensuring proper material proportioning with minimal effort. Featuring 35-foot stainless steel spray hoses, it provides ample reach for detailed work, while a disposable static mixer keeps catalyst and resin separate until application, reducing solvent use. Built for durability, it includes
corrosion-resistant stainless steel and polymer components, a 15-gallon resin tank, and a reliable diesel or propane engine powering a hydraulic pump and air compressor. A true turnkey solution, just add fuel and material to start spraying with efficiency.
The KoldSpray MMA 98:2HD is an advanced, user-friendly solution for applying methacrylate pavement marking materials with precision and efficiency. Designed to spray at a fixed 98:2 ratio, it ensures accurate material proportioning and dispensing with minimal effort.
With 35-foot stainless steel spray hoses, operators have ample reach for detailed work, such as legends and intricate markings. The catalyst and resin remain separate until they meet in a low- cost, disposable static mixer just before the spray tip, significantly reducing the amount of solvent needed for flushing.
Built for durability, the stainless steel and polymer wetted parts in the catalyst and resin pump provide longevity and resistance to corrosion. The unit includes a 15-gallon resin tank and 2.5- gallon tanks for catalyst and solvent, offering sufficient capacity for extended operation.
Powered by a reliable 50-state compliant diesel or propane engine, the system drives a pressure- compensated hydraulic pump and features an industrial oil cooler, reservoir, and 10-micron filter for smooth, uninterrupted performance. A hydraulically powered air compressor is also included for additional functionality.
