The KoldSpray MMA 98:2WB walk-behind line striper is designed to spray methyl-methacrylate pavement marking materials at a fixed ratio of 98 parts resin to 2 parts of catalyst. Containing all stainless steel and polymer wetted parts the catalyst pump utilizes DTC’s robust patent pending HydraSync and TriRod pump technology. This cutting edge technology provides accurate and reliable proportioning of the catalyst at a 2% ratio by weight. The KoldSpray MMA 98:2WB walk-behind line striper come standard with everything you need but is also available with a wealth of other options and upgrades. This unit is shown with the optional DTC EasyRiser™ Gun Elevators.
Specifications
- Available with dual striping guns. Stripe lines from 2”– 12” wide per gun.
- Guns operate manually using built-in layout and skip-timer functions. Automatic guns are available on select models.
- Guns are easily removed from the quick-connect holder for spraying legends or other detail markings.
- Patented Tri-Rod and Hydra-Sync hydraulically linked pumps.
- Catalyst pump utilizes DTC’s robust patent pending HydraSync and TriRod pump technology which provides accurate and reliable proportioning of the catalyst at a 2% ratio by weight.
- All stainless steel and polymer wetted parts in catalyst pump.
- 4-liter stainless steel catalyst and solvent tanks (standard).
- Resin is dispensed from the factory 5-gallon material pail or optional 15-gallon container.
- Optional gravity flow or pressurized bead systems with air compressor are available.
- Powered by a 50 state 6.5 HP Honda industrial engine.
