160SP Shot Type
The 160SP Epoxy Machine is a portable meter, mix and dispensing system for 1:1 ratio epoxy. It was designed to withstand the day to day rigors of the pavement maintenance and construction industries. Raised pavement markers, dowel bars and temporary construction zone delineators are only a few of the uses for this machine. The heart of the system is Dispensing Technology’s simple and durable positive displacement pumps. Mixing is accomplished with a low cost, maintenance free disposable static mixer. The two materials remain separate until they enter the disposable mixer. Thoroughly mixed and properly proportioned material is delivered at the push of a button. The 160SP is a single acting machine and the shot size can be varied by moving a simple limit switch. This allows the operator to optimize the amount of material used for each application. The efficient closed metering and mixing system minimizes the operator’s exposure to the material fumes and virtually eliminates the mess of hand measuring and mixing.

- 1:1 ratio proportioning hard chromed pumps with variable output up to 10 cubic inches.
- Disposable static mixer mixes both material completely.
- Pallet mounted and self contained.
- Skid dimensions are 66″ x 48″. Fits in bed of standard full size pickup truck.
- 6 hp Honda engine, 11.8 CFM @ 90 PSI compressor with continuous run unloader.
- Mix manifold rated for 2000 PSI.
- 2 components stay separated until they enter the
disposable static mix tube.
- All materials and components utilized in the delivery system are rated for full system pressure with appropriate safety factors.
- Pneumatic filter and regulator combination is supplied to control the pressure to the pump motor system.
- Maximum inlet pressure to the filter/regulator is 135 PSI.
