PROSTRIPER II : Ride-On Line Striper for Traffic Paint
Designed from the ground up specifically for road marking, the PROSTRIPER II features unrivaled stability in a small compact system. Heavy duty hydraulic wheel motors, low flex tires, wide stance front caster with tapered bearings and hydraulic steering, combine to make this machine stand out. The 31 HP water cooled engine, industrial strength hydrostatic drive and ergonomically designed controls and operator station allow most individuals to be productive with a minimum of training and a very short learning curve. The machine shown in this data sheet is a two color, two pump system with a bead gun for each paint gun. Each paint and bead gun combination has a gun elevator for line width adjustment right from the operator’s position using a switch on the dash. It has two 40-gallon paint reservoirs and a 500 lb. pressurized bead system. Up to five paint and bead guns can be configured facilitating painting dual color highlight and contrast markings. - Engine is a 31 HP liquid cooled industrial gasoline powered
- Lubrication shall be by pressure method with spin on oil filter
- 12-volt electric starter, fuel pump and 20-amp charging circuit with regulator
- Warning lights for over temp and low oil pressure indicator are dash mounted
- Transmission and drive are continuously variable hydrostatic
- Steering with front caster wheel that is hydraulically operated with approximately 1-1/4 turn lock to lock
- Breaking is hydrostatic with a hand actuated parking brake
- Compressor is rated for 11 CFM @ 90 PSI
- Hydraulic supply system is a pressure compensated piston pump and is rated for 20 GPM with a 12 gallon reservoir
- Paint pump is an airless, double action piston style rated for 3000 PSI working pressure
- Paint filters are stainless steel with replaceable 20 mesh filter elements
- Paint guns are automatic type and rated for 3000 PSI
- Material tanks are 40 gallon polyethylene for ease of cleaning and color changes
- Bead tank has a 40 gallon capacity and is ASME rated
- Bead gun is Graco, with various size outlet ports to control the flow of beads
- Skip line control has independent 12V DC output with a single solenoid output per gun
