BIGSHOT 500CFG, Continuous Flow Gear Pump

The 500 CFG utilizes the same robust melter and agitator construction as the BigShot 500. The integrated side mounted pump heats at the same time as the material so no external cabinet or heating is needed. Once up to temperature, pull the trigger on the dispense wand and material will flow until the trigger is released. Durable 12V DC heated hoses convey material directly to the dispense location.  Hoses come 10 ft or optional 15 ft long. 12V DC electrically heated wands come 24″ standard and 4″ or 6″ optional. 18 HP Kawasaki engine, propane ready are CARB and EPA certified. Pressure compensated hydraulic pump, pressure compensated agitator speed control and 105 amp alternator to power the hose and wand, are tightly integrated in a self contained power pack. Pump can be serviced without removing melter lid.  Duck bill valve at end of wand minimizes dripping between shots.
