Built heavy-duty and made in the USA, the TPM-1000 is available in single, dual, and trailer-mounted configurations, giving you flexibility to meet your project’s needs. Its full-sweep dual-blade agitator, powered by a low-speed, high-torque hydraulic motor, ensures fast heat-up and re-melt times, maximizing production while maintaining consistency.

For enhanced safety and ease of use, the unit features a heavy-duty loading door with an anti-splash safety flap, reducing the risk of material splashing during filling. The material dispensing chute, equipped with integral safety wings, provides extra protection when transferring material into the handliner.

The digital temperature control system ensures precise material temperature regulation, while aUL-rated over-temperature controller and solenoid valve automatically shut down the burner if the material exceeds the setpoint, preventing overheating. Maintenance is also streamlined with a convenient slide-out burner tray, allowing quick and easy access.

• Gas Control: Electronic ignition with flame sense safety circuit, digital readout temperature control, and digital over-temperature safety cut-off circuit
• Hydraulic System: 2 GPM (gallons per minute) pressure compensated industrial hydraulic pump
• Hydraulic Reservoir: 5-gallon capacity with 10 micron spin on filter and side drain
• Engine: 18 hp DuroMax propane fired, 50 state EPA compliant engine, or optional 9.5 hp diesel-fired Kubota
