Our 160SP Shot-Type Epoxy Adhesive Applicator Systems are designed to make working with 1:1 ratio epoxy faster, cleaner, and more precise, helping you complete your jobs more efficiently. Durable positive displacement pumps ensure accurate proportioning, while the closed metering and mixing system minimizes operator exposure to fumes and eliminates the mess of hand mixing. Two materials remain separate until they enter the disposable static mixer, which contains no moving parts and guarantees thorough, maintenance-free mixing. Mixed material is dispensed at the push of a button, and adjustable shot size can be controlled with a simple limit switch for repeatable, consistent results. The pneumatically operated drive cylinder, controlled by a 4-way valve, along with output check valves at the injector block, prevents backflow and ensures reliable operation. Built with ASME-rated stainless steel tanks and a combo filter/regulator for easy pressure adjustments, the system is completely self-contained – requiring only fuel and material to operate. Optional features, including an engine-driven air compressor with automatic idle and a solvent flushing system for reusing static mixers, further enhance productivity and ease of use, making this system a comprehensive solution for epoxy dispensing needs.
